Vault Access via Browser is Sporadic

Today is 2/17/19. For the last 7-10 days I am experiencing sporadic positive results while accessing my vault via Chrome and, sometimes, via Edge browsers. One day I spent an hour or more with your phone support person and his supervisor without resolution of the issue. At the end, I was just advised to try to access the vault in 24 hours, which actually worked. I couldn't access the vault 2 days ago, but I was successful a day after. Today, I can't access the vault, again, via Chrome but can via Edge. The error message every time tells "Sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again". 

What is happening on your end?! Was the responsible corporate management alerted about the issue? Does you support personnel in India has that ability designed n their duties?

Hello User15. Try clearing your cache on both Chrome and Edge. Have you attempted to open the vault on other browsers such as IE11 or FF?

Cleaning cache is useless, sorry. It was done at the time when Norton support was trying to fix the issue last week. FYI, now, I can access the vault via Chrome, few hours after the earlier attempts were unsuccessful. Access via IE11 is working too. I don't have FF.

User15, do you have Edge version 44 installed along with the extension version 6.3.0.20 ?

Not sure why you are asking about Edge version, if I don't have issue with it. Here is my version of Edge:  42.17134.1.0. Shouldn't the Edge alert me about new update?

User15, here is why I inquired and YES!! Windows updates should be bringing you current with the following: The current Edge version on all my W10 1809 systems, is version 44.17763.1.0. Windows updates should deliver that version of Edge for you. The Norton Password manager version is 6.3.0.20 which I believe was released to correct the issue on Edge with password manager with the new Edge version. Its available in the Microsoft Store as well.

Still, not sure why you are focusing your attention on Edge while the issue I described was with Chrome. 

Yes, my W10 is due for update, which I will do overnight - I have mitered connection to internet, via satellite service.

I'm focused on ALL your browsers, and their versions. Edge is baked into the OS (Windows 10) and IE is basically the same however with a bit more control over what can and cannot be done at a user level. Updates for both have been known to cause issues elsewhere with the OS in the past. Chrome should be auto updating itself and isn't a focus on my part. That being said your last statement appear to be the possible cause of the issue you are having vice the browsers. Satellite as a provider can cause issues due to data drops, packet loss, etc. What actual speeds are you getting via an ethernet connection?

Please see attached for the speed, which is normal for my case. However, it could be very low after I reach my monthly data limit, for which, unfortunately, the provided doesn't have means to alert a user. One has to suspect it, which is only obvious during downloading a file, and verify it using speed test.
