vault on iPhone7 Plus not syncing with cloud

I have 100+ logins saved to my Identity Vault in the Norton cloud.

I would like to sync the logins to the Norton IDSafe App on my iPhone7-Plus.   The iPhone Norton IDSafe App only shows 1 login.  I have properly logged into my account from the iPhone Norton IDSafe App and have entered the correct vault password.  I have uninstalled the Norton IDSafe App on my iPhone and reinstalled it from the App Store.  The results remain the same.

I need a solution.

You are using the same Norton Account email and password on both devices?

How many logins do you see if you log into your vault at   https://my.norton.com/extspa/idsafe  If you only see one login, you appear to be using a local vault on your PC, and that does not sync with your cloud vault used on the iPhone. You can import those logins, but we'll go into that if this is your case.

If you see the 100+ logins there, open the ID Safe app on your iPhone. Log into your vault, and open the list of your logins. Drag the list down to refresh/sync your vault contents.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
