Vault won't open
For some reason, for the last two days, when I turn my computer on (desktop) and try to open my vault, it won't open. When I click on the Norton icon on the task bar, then Identity and then Identity Safe circle, nothing happens. Everything else works if I click on any of the links. No problems previous to this.
I've tried rebooting the computer and even signing-out and signing back in on my account but no luck.
What could be causing it to do this and what might I do to get it back to normal?
I'm using Win 7 64 on an HP i7 desktop. If you need additional info, please let me know.
