Vault won't open

For some reason, for the last two days, when I turn my computer on (desktop) and try to open my vault, it won't open. When I click on the Norton icon on the task bar, then Identity and then Identity Safe circle, nothing happens. Everything else works if I click on any of the  links. No problems previous to this.

I've tried rebooting the computer and even signing-out and signing back in on my account but no luck.

What could be causing it to do this and what might I do to get it back to normal?

I'm using Win 7 64 on an HP i7 desktop. If you need additional info, please let me know.

Ok something Seriously wrong with Norton.

Couldn't get Vault to open. Used Remove/Reinstall tool. At the end of that process window said an error report was made. Clicked on Send and it said it couldn't send because not connected to internet even though I was. Said to use Power Eraser. Used that and it said 2 registry errors noted. Clicked on Fix. Same thing - couldn't send error report.  Got the "use Power Eraser" window again.

Instead of doing that for the 3rd time, I went to Start, Programs, Norton and clicked on Installation Files. When that window opened, clicked on  NSBU-ESD-22.14.2.13-EN. Norton then installed. Did Live Update. Then Security, then the Vault link. Vault still won't open. Since then, Norton icon is on my desktop but when I click on it, nothing happens.

Sure would be nice if someone could/would give me an idea what is wrong. I don't want to mess with Support because they always want to do a remote and that takes forever and usually doesn't solve the problem. Guess I will though.

Curious which browser are you using as your default?

Have you tried using a different browser?

I use IE and Chrome. But I will mark this as solved as I contacted support and they did a remote. It took the agent almost 1 hour but he got it to working properly.

I just updated and vault won't work on chrome.  In fact, chrome consider norton.com as an unsecured domain and blocks me.  For now, I can use Mozilla.

I tested to learn n' report whether my Chrome considers norton.com as an unsecured domain and blocks me.

I get server error 502 when I follow that link which goes back to what I said about being blocked.

Why not have Support do a remote? That's what I did and everything working now.
