WEBSITE BLOCKED

Norton is preventing me from accessing a new website that I know to be safe.  I get this Norton message:  "No known threats were found on this site, but...".  When I choose to Continue to Site the routine starts all over again and I end up in a loop!  The site owner says I probably need to disable Norton, but I don't want to do this.  What do I do?

Re: WEBSITE BLOCKED

Hello Larry M

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum

The first thing you can do is to give us the website spread out so that no one can click it. It sounds like it is a warning that shows up on new websites until enough Norton customers have visited the site.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.

Re: WEBSITE BLOCKED

The website in question is www.aceenvironmental.ie.  When I select "Pay a bill" and "Login to MyAce" I get the Norton messages described in my original post.  I'm not sure what you mean by "give us the website spread out".

Re: WEBSITE BLOCKED

Hello Larry

I just tried the website and got a 404--website not found. By spread out, I meant so that no one could click on the website until we can determine for sure that it is a safe site. Are you sure that the site is correct as posted.?

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
