What do we do when myNortonaccount website is down and Identity Safe has no awy to sync?

In order to sync the passwords on 3 PCs I started storing my passwords on the cloud service via my "mynortonaccount". The website appears to be down and now I have no access to my passwords. Assuming it ever works again how do I cache my cloud based passwords on one of my PCs so I can access them during outages like this?

Same problem here (sort of).  Couldn't log on to Identity Safe...couldn't log on to my Norton Account...kept telling me I was using the wrong password (I wasn't)...I couldn't do anything!  I couldn't even get a reset password mailed to myself (which it turned out I didn't need in the first place)!

When the Norton Account site/Identity Safe servers (whatever they're called) are down, couldn't Symantec/Norton put a blank web page up, to tell users the problem isn't with their computers?

It is so frustrating to keep trying and failing, trying and failing, trying and failing and not knowing whether the program is broken, the server is broken, or if NOTHING is broken...  THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY.  Could you good folks at Symantec/Norton please figure out that better way?  Thank you~

As noted already we currently are experiencing network issues and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are looking for ways to notify the Forums sooner going forward.

Albert
