What does 'Site is ignored' mean - and why?

I just logged into my bank account and saw this:

I've not seen/noticed that before and as it's my main bank account I didn't want to proceed any further so I exited.

What does 'Site is Ignored' mean, is it new and what has caused it, please?

website is Ignored by Vault

< Navigate to the site being ignored, the normal "Vault is Open" button should say "Site is Ignored" - click on that button and then hover over Logins and on the pop up menu, select Current Site (ignored) at the top of the list.  Next select the  Stop Ignoring this Site.  The Vault is Open button should replace the Site is Ignored button. Thank you Yank. Much appreciated. I've just had another 'first' - what in Hades does "Site is ignored" mean?

Left Click on Site is ignored > select Options > select Stop Ignoring this Site.

Thanks bjm_. I couldn't understand why your links to me took me another of my threads until I saw my (off-topic) 'site is ignored' buried away there. That beggared up my Search.

Unfortunately when I revisited my bank account just now there were no problems. Can't help wondering what caused the Site Ignored issue. Thanks again
