What exactly is the purpose of the new Identity Safe Website?

I saw the announcement of the new Identity Safe Website and I followed the link that was supposed to provide more details on the web site. After reading this, I have some questions:

  1. I could not find a link to the website. Did I miss it? Please provide a link to the link.
  2. What is the purpose of this website? The announcement appears to say that it replaces the Identity Safe browser add-ons. Is this true? And does this mean that I could disable the Firefox add-on for ID safe and still get automatically logged in to all the web pages for which I have logins saved in my vault?

Re: What exactly is the purpose of the new Identity Safe Website?

1.  If you open your vault from the ID Safe icon it takes you to the  web site. With the vault open, click the ID Safe icon, then at the bottom left, Open Vault.    A direct link is    https://my.norton.com/extspa/idsafe   Sign in from there to the web site.

2.  If you are referring to the first statement...

You can now conveniently access your Identity Safe online vault from any web browser - without needing browser extensions or mobile apps!

What is being mentioned here is that you can access your vault if you do not have a browser extension installed. Such as if you are using someone else's computer and you need a login. The logins will not be filled in for you, you will have to copy/paste the login information. On your own computer, where you want the full functionality you are used to, you still need the extension enabled.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
