What good is the Symantec beta software testing program? Why is Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe always messed up when new software is released?

Obviously, the Norton beta program doesn't do a very good job testing the software BEFORE it gets released to the public.  Since I just paid for a new subscription, it sure would be nice if the new "Norton Security" (Version 22.0) extensions for Google Chrome 64 bit actually worked!  All three of the extensions are showing up as installed in Chrome 64 bit but they are NOT working.

I cannot even get the Norton Toolbar thing to show up underneath the Google Chrome 64 bit "Bookmarks bar" where it has "Vault is Open/Closed" and so forth.  When I go to a website that is supposed to fill in my username/password it doesn't work at all on any of the websites where it is supposed to.

I have done ALL of the latest "Live Update" downloads.  I made sure I have the latest Google Chrome 64 bit version by clicking "About Google Chrome".  I have these installed in Google Chrome 64 bit right now ... Norton Identity Safe 1.0.5, Norton Safe Search as default for Chrome 1.0.9, and Norton Security Toolbar 2015.0.0.76

When will I be able to use Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome (regardless of whether they are 32 bit or 64 bit)?  Days?  Weeks?  Months?  Can I get a refund or an extra year added onto my subscription?

Hey, as a beta tester I find that offensive!  Beta testers do a great job and without them there would be no new products.

... Can I get a refund...

Yes, Symantec offer a 60 day money back guarantee.

A little bit of knowledge is... well a little bit of knowledge.

What is this Chrome 64-bit??

What differences are from 32-bit Chrome, is it 10 times faster?? If yes, that's good.

Is it more secure?? (That I doubt with Google involved).

Does it allow more efficient use of RAM?? Do not know

I would like to know the answers to all these questions.

Thanks.
