There used to be a Stand Alone password manager years ago. Browser Add-ons are not as secure to be used as Password Managers, so they stopped making it.

Hello natey2. Indeed it is for Android. The OP is using Windows 10. The Windows version has been retired and integrated into the Norton 360 products.
