Why norton support dont hear people its irritating!!!! Need help to run Winantirasom and adguard alongside norton

Look i am very irritating, angry. I talk in norton support chat and say "Hi i need help i see norton history and says it are blocking some functions of Winpatrol antirasom and Adguard". The girl says me "you can solve this i send you a mail" . I read the document and not are my case. I do not recive alerts about detection. I see in the history a mensaje who says "Not autorhized access, blcoked, go to proccess data" or something like that (I am spanish user). The girl does not hear i do not recive alert. I dont know or understand what norton are blocking. What component I ask she can see the history and she says "no". Then conect to my machine and run a full scan and says "Contact latter".

I dont know how many events like this are blocking my software. I want to use it to reforce my security. I want to do this. Why the support does not hear the user. I like the product but i always says the human side of norton are better than another companies. I feel decepcinated.

To help understand that thread. 

The blocks you see are your software trying to access some Norton file or process. Norton is just protecting itself from possible attacks. Even Windows system files sometimes try to access Norton and they too are blocked. You have nothing to worry about from these messages. It is normal operation of your Norton product.

Los bloques que ve son su software tratando de acceder a algún archivo o proceso de Norton. Norton está protegiéndose de posibles ataques. Incluso los archivos del sistema Windows a veces tratan de acceder a Norton y también están bloqueados. Usted no tiene nada de qué preocuparse de estos mensajes. Es el funcionamiento normal de su producto Norton.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Thanks for the explain, i am reading the realted post to my topic and i learn about it. In simple terms it means "Norton autoprotect" are working. I feel better now. Really i like norton. I have licences of another security softwares and maybe i use it in another computers but in my  main computer i use norton. I have to say is good to see too many people answer in the forum. Nobody says me "dont use it" or "you dont need WAR and ADguard" i like adguard because it blocks popups and some sites who norton does not detect as malicious. I use winantirasom because i think is a good complement and restriction to prevent rasomware. I like ever i call norton support they answer me and assit me. Include i recive level 2 support. I think norton is a big company and quality software. But i think that girl really dont want to help me. Tecnically she says me "shutup and contact us latter i dont want to help". Is too dificult say "ok let me see" oh check i go to explain you"

I dont say "scan my computer" " i only ask what that log means and how can i solve it if it need it". In spanish the norton interface sometimes are confusing and norton have too many components and maybe we dont know how to use. I hope the first support line gives better atention to clients and hear us.
