Why norton support dont hear people its irritating!!!! Need help to run Winantirasom and adguard alongside norton
Look i am very irritating, angry. I talk in norton support chat and say "Hi i need help i see norton history and says it are blocking some functions of Winpatrol antirasom and Adguard". The girl says me "you can solve this i send you a mail" . I read the document and not are my case. I do not recive alerts about detection. I see in the history a mensaje who says "Not autorhized access, blcoked, go to proccess data" or something like that (I am spanish user). The girl does not hear i do not recive alert. I dont know or understand what norton are blocking. What component I ask she can see the history and she says "no". Then conect to my machine and run a full scan and says "Contact latter".
I dont know how many events like this are blocking my software. I want to use it to reforce my security. I want to do this. Why the support does not hear the user. I like the product but i always says the human side of norton are better than another companies. I feel decepcinated.
