Re: Why NS did not block this file?

Something else to do is click on Check Trust Now under where it shows Bad. See what that reports.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Why NS did not block this file?

virustotal for posted Thumbprint <here>....without knowing where you pulled file and how you launched file....um, ....perhaps read site Terms of Use and EULA.

For second opinion choose File and / or Search hash at VirusTotal or upload file to VirSCAN and/or Jotti and/or submit to Symantec for review analysis > see > How to report false positives

Re: Why NS did not block this file?

is it a false Positive?

because Norton file insight saying  This file have a Bad Trust ! so this is a false positive for norton? this file is safe?

Re: Why NS did not block this file?

submit to Symantec for review analysis > see > How to report false positives

and / or opt Trust Now since you're sure file is okay.

Re: Why NS did not block this file?

Now there are three detections at VirusTotal and this is a more in depth look at the file in question.  I wouldn't put it on my systems.

Re: Why NS did not block this file?

Well, there were three VT detection's yesterday.  And from website Comodo offers.
I can find Jewel-Quest-3.exe not Jewel-Quest-3-EXT.exe although http points to EXEtender.

Downloaded File Jewel-Quest-3.exe from freeridegames.com

Norton has given this file a good rating.
And FWIW ~ one of the Jewel-Quest-3.exe test yesterday was intercepted by HMP.A
