Wrong status of subscription.

Hi. I bought new license for NS some days ago for one year. Today in My account I noticed that my subscription has trial status. I bought this license from official local site and Norton tells me that it is valid for one year (-3 days that I use it). So why I saw trial in My account? I don't think that Symantec have trial licenses for 1 year..

Hi Vitalik93,

Let's try something easy to start with:

From the main page of Norton, Select Help (upper right hand corner), then Under Account Information (lower right hand corner of next page) Select  Subscription Status.  See what it reports for remaining days - if it reports correctly go back and Check the Status on the main page.

Supcription Status is OK - 363 days,  Norton Security Standart. But in the Devices in my Account I still have trial status.

It seemed that today this info was updated and issue was fixed.
