Your Trial Version has Expired.
I'm extremely frustrated with my Norton product - for the past week I have been getting different (error & other) messages.
It started with Error: "8504,104"
Your Trial Version has expired ( I did not have trial Version).
You have exceeded your 2 Licenses. I installed one on my Win7 & Win XP. Working on both computers from February 2018 (although I did have a problem earlier) - stopped working on WinXP last week.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled - without success.
Used Help Center - - Norton autofix - Repair result - Internet Connectivity - failed. (I am connected to the Internet).
When I login to My Account. I can see the computer I'm working on. It say it is Offline and Inactive -when I try to activate it, it does not work.
Would appreciate any help to solve this problem(s).
PS: using Norton Security Premium
