Vary Disappointed

I am vary disappointed that my NIS subscription does not cover the successor to NIS, namely, NS.

I have been using NIS for years and keeping my subscription constantly in date to take advantage of the new versions when they come out each year.

Please discuss your Norton product options with Norton Support.  Users are reporting being able to upgrade + transferring their days.   Your best advise is to discuss your options with Support and maybe try a second time / third time if you do not get satisfaction.

Since, Norton Security is new.  The transition options may not have been fully explained or fully understood and may vary by customer situation.   Users have reported being able to upgrade + transfer their days (free).  <link>
