Norton deleting files in excluded folders

I have some .exe's and .dll's that I know are safe in a excluded folder, excluded from scans and "Auto-Protect, SONAR, and Download Intelligence Detection", that keep being deleted, even after I've successfully run them. They don't show up in quarantine and I can't restore them. Is there any way to have Norton completely ignore these files? I'm getting incredibly angry about this and I'm just about to find a different anti-virus.

Re: Norton deleting files in excluded folders

Do you have the log entry where they were detected (blocked/removed)? That might shed some light on what is going on. Also post your exclusion list.

Also we could possibly get those files detections corrected so you wouldn't have to exclude them.
