Is the new Fill Assistant Pane unable to fill online forms completely? (unlike previous version).

The new Fill Assistant Pane (Norton Identity Protection - Chrome extension 2014.6.0.27) appears to lack the ability to fully complete forms - maybe I am missing something.  In the previous version of Norton Indentity Protection (2013.4.3.4), there was an option to completely fill a form with an Identity Card, but now the only option appears to be sluggishly dragging and dropping each individual piece of info (i.e. name, address, zip, phone, etc.).

I have the older version still running on my laptop, and it works flawlessly.  When that same version stopped working on my desktop, I contacted Symantec tech support, who remotely controlled and upgraded me to the new version to fix the problem.  Unfortunately, I am now left to drag and drop.  I can't see Symantec just getting rid of such a convenient function, but on this new set up, I cannot seem to find out how to fill a form completely in one click.  Please help!

H brobri,

Try selecting one blank (click on it) on the form you desire to fill and see if it doesn't fill for you - in lieu of drag and drop.

Doh!  I figured there was a way.  Indeed the option does appear once you begin to fill in the form manually.  Thanks!

Hi brobri,

You are welcome, and I must admit that the entire new ID Safe is not very intuitive when it comes to ease of use. Glad all is well.
