What support

I downloaded the new Windows 10, and in doing so, lost all my passwords and was instantly hit with spam????

After a nightmare of a few days, I uninstalled Windows 10 and reverted back to Win 7

The feedback on Win 10 issues has not been good

Today, I have received a note from Norton to say they are here to help with Win 10 issues???

Not ten days ago you were not

hi Edwardshelp Sorry to learn that you had problems when trying to install Windows 10, are you planning to try again in the near future? In addition to Customer Support the Forum which is mostly where users can air their difficulties in particular about Norton Products when other users offer assistance and advice. There are many experienced users and a number of technically proficient contributors who are only too willing to offer assistance and advice on a variety of other problems and queries not related to Norton Products. Should you have any particular queries or difficulties please let us know when we will be more than happy to offer advice. Michael

Upgrading an operating system is not something to take lightly.  You do need to anticipate that not everything will go right, and you need to take proper precautions (including waiting until known issues are resolved, if they would affect you).  Every article I have read about upgrading to Windows 10 has included the admonition to back up everything (including passwords) before doing the installation.  Upgrading would not cause an increase in spam, but if you are referring to an issue with Norton Antispam, there was a patch released last week.  These kinds of glitches are typical in the first few months of a new OS, and do get sorted out.

If you are still having a problem with spam emails, there is a thread here for issues with the anti-spam filter not working in Office. Some users have had that issue fixed with the last patch, but Norton is still working on the issue to fix it for more users.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.19.8.65 Core Firmware 282 Chrome latest version.
