Where is the Previous Norton Website and related functionality?

This Morning, January 3, 2017 I looked up the status of the other machines

currently covered by my 360 subscription, and found a whole new world of product ads, offers for things I don't need

and zero trace of the previous webpage ( what I *really* need).  -The ability to look at a device and know it was

"last online less than 4 hours ago" is an excellent, free and unobtrusive way of keeping an eye on a group.

**Where can I go to restore this simple, effective technology??**

Norton changed the website. Unfortunately that is how it is now. If you need to know when someone last logged into a machine there is Norton Family for that use. There has been others asking about this during the migration. So you need to monitor certain users? Then use Norton Family.Windows also does this for you.

Re: Where is the Previous Norton Website and related functionality?

This may qualify as an "Answer" but it is NOT a solution.  I want back the simple functionality that was part of a paid service.  "ADD CHILDREN TO MONITOR" is wholly inappropriate for a small business who only needs to know that coverage was available.  The "deal with it"  attitude is inappropriate, and has just become my number one reason for LEAVING NORTON.

Trying to sell me a shipload of unwanted IoT garbage, and obfuscating product capacities by on-the-fly-changes makes me think another solution ( nearly any ) is an improvement.

Find a shortcut back to the still-exists data, I will apologize deeply, and mark this as "Solved", otherwise, I must object .

Re: Where is the Previous Norton Website and related functionality?

Have you tried various web browsers? Websites are changed daily. Different functions added or removed. Norton updated the website. There is no old website. Norton Security is designed to protect your computer and internet browsing. the "last online function" is actually not what you paid for. It was just a function of your Norton account. I never said "deal with it". You can contact Norton chat if you would like. But they made changes to the Norton account website. That is all I can tell you. Norton Family is FREE. So you are a small business? How many computers? Did you ever look into Norton for small businesses? You never said anything about a business before. There are other threads about what you experienced but unfortunately Norton website developers thought differently.

Re: Where is the Previous Norton Website and related functionality?

Hi jwreed60,

FWIW, there is a forum discussion  where the changes to Remote Management were discussed.

https://community.norton.com/en/forums/remote-management-taken-away#comment-7253001

Also there has been discussions with Norton employees which started 23 Nov, 2016, was commented on and desires of Guru's and users added to thread.

Today there was a reminder to Admin that we still needed feedback and he is following up and will hopefully have some new answers soon.

I know no help for your situation, nor the other users that desired some of the older features of Remote Management, but Norton is aware of my, yours, and others concern over the lack of functionality.

Re: Where is the Previous Norton Website and related functionality?

Thank you for posting about device online/offline status on the Norton Community forum. We have now implemented the feature on the Norton Management portal. We appreciate your feedback. Cheers.
