Unable to Sign-in to Norton Password Manager on Edge
Since around 12:00 GMT on 13 December 2018, using my 1809 Surface, clicking on the Sign-in button on the Microsoft Edge extension doesn't complete connection to the cloudconnect server (the new web page it opens just 'blue-circles'). The Chrome extension works fine in Chrome and I can access by vault successfully by other means. I have the same issue with the MS Edge extension on another PC, so it is not the Surface. I have contacted Norton Support and they are calling me back within the next 48 hours. I have also posted a message on the MS Community. I have tried reinstalling the extension, clearing the cache and restarting the device, all to no avail. Has anybody else having the exact same issue please?
