Norton Insight window zero activity

If you launch Norton Insight by going to the main NS window then click 'Scans', choose 'Norton Insight' and then press 'Go' button then Norton Insight window will show up but it won't do anything as shown in the screenshot below

The window will remain as-is indefinitely. I am sure it's a bug. BTW I am using the latest version of NS: 22.9.4.8. Can you guys look at this issue?

I just restarted my laptop and it's working right now. Even file scanning wasn't working either. Looks like it's a bug but it's working now. Thanks

Hello shellcoder

If it comes back again, I would suggest you run the Remove and Reinstall Tool. It will give you a clean install of your Norton product.. Please remember to run Live Update after you run the Tool, restarting as necessary. You should end up with version 22.9.4.8.

I don't think it's a bug or else there would be a lot more customers complaining about this. Your program may have become corrupted and might need a fresh install.

lol do you really think reinstalling the app will solve the problem? Use your brain, it's a bug and many are experiencing this issue.

The thread that bjm posted and to which you posted in is a year old. The version then was 22.7 and we are on 22.9.4.8 now. That's quite a few versions back. You won't know if it solves it unless you try it.
