NOB not working since reinstall

Hardfile replaced following system crash. Reloaded MS XP SP3 - all OK.  Reinstalled Norton 360 which automatically installed upgrade with 30 day free trial.Obviously hasn't connected to my existing account. Also in existing account, which has 80+ days remaining, I have lost the option/ability to remove computers from the list. Using email link option appears to work but restore fails when using the link. I have reinstalled 360 several times today but all to no avail.....

You need to re-add your existing product key and sync things back up. Once done everything should act normally. Reach out to chat support and they can guide you through the process. Absolutely do not let them re-direct you to filling out any purge forms. If they attempt that let me know. Literally all they need to do is help you re-add the product key in, ensure activation works and then walk you through refreshing the prior backup history. All should take 10-15 minutes.
