ID Safe on iPad - browser problem

I have ID Safe installed on a Windows desktop, with the vault online  (in the cloud.). I installed the iPad app, which operates in its own browser.

About15-30 seconds after that browser launches, it shifts to the left; about a third of the web page becomes invisible.  There's a big rectangular white area on the right side.  If I drag the window to the right, a vertical, alphabetized list of my sites appears, and if I tap one of them, the browser goes to that site, but scrunches to the left again.  That list of my sites has a "close" button at the bottom, but tapping it only brings the shifted page back, with the empty white area to the right.

So basically, it's useless because I can't see any pages.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which made no difference.

Suggestions, anyone?

It's an iPad -no video drivers.  FWIW, the thing is running IOS 5.1.1

What version of the Identity Safe app do you have.

I have 1.50.10 and just tested with a number of different sites. I had one that appeared to have the issue you note, but when I looked at the top of the page, there was a menu bar that went all the way across the screen. The blank white area below could have been for some material that cannot be displayed by iPad. Check the same site on your PC to see if there is some Flash content. That will not display by default on an iPad.

Let us know if this applies.

I've got  version 1.50.10.   This happens with all sites.

But just this moment, when I launched it again to verify the version, it isn't happening.  **bleep** these Norton applications!  The same sort of thing has happened with their stuff for 20 years...I don't know why I never learn to expect it.

Sigh.   I'll post back once it starts happening again, as it surely shall.

OK, it's working fine now.

When you saw the problem, did it happen with multiple instances of the app? ie, did it you shut down the app and restart it with the same results. It could just be restarting it that fixed whatever was wrong.
