Backup Data Purge

Several days ago I sent in the Backup Data Purge Request form. I did not receive a reply and my data has not bene purged yet. How long does this normally take?

So, nobody from Norton has replied to this request on the forum, and I emailed the BUsupport team again asking about the purge request. No answer there either. I started a chat session and was told to email BUsupport again. Nice.

Norton support used to be much better than this.

Thanks you for letting them know. However, another day and no response from anybody about it. It has been over a week now. I am very disappointed in their support.

Looks like the cost-cutting measures are starting to negatively affect the customers, and that is not a good direction to go.
